We are so excited to be apart of the incredible team making Encore, the new luxury condos in Grover Beach, California happen!
Right across the street from Palladium on 402 West Grand Ave, Encore will also have the spectacular ocean views in the heart of Grover Beach.

The mat slab and first floors of framing for Building 1 are well on underway.
Building 2 grading, and rebar are nearly complete and the foundation pour is on the horizon.
With the foundation pour complete, the steel is brought in and framing is underway. We perform routine inspections to help ensure quality and safety.
