It’s no secret that housing in California, especially on the Central Coast, is not where it needs to be. With rents through the roof and a shortage of houses, multi-family homes are on an upward trend.
This new multi-family project will be a three-story home with a roof deck. This plan also calls for future garage conversion to give more conditional space.
With the grading complete, rebar and plumbing in, the concrete mat slab was poured and dried. The framers have been hard at work to get all the walls and stories up. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC are well underway.
